There’s no pressure—just a thoughtful, professional conversation to help you envision your dream space.
Cancellation Policy
At Peaches & Cream Creative Designs, we value your time—and ours. Please review the following policies before booking your complimentary virtual design consultation. Consultation Details Each consultation lasts approximately 30 minutes and is conducted virtually. This session is designed to help us better understand your needs, discuss the space you'd like support with, and explore how we may assist you in bringing your vision to life. Who Should Attend If more than one person will be involved in decision-making for the project, we recommend they also attend the call to ensure clear communication and alignment. Punctuality Please arrive on time for your consultation. If you're more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten the session out of respect for other appointments. Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. You’ll find a reschedule/cancel link in your confirmation email. No-Shows If you miss your appointment without notice, future booking privileges may be limited or a deposit may be required for rescheduling. Preparation To get the most from your consultation, please be ready to share any inspiration images, photos or videos of your space, and your primary goals for the project. A quiet, well-lit environment is also recommended for the video call. Scope of Service This consultation is offered as a complimentary, one-time service per project. It is intended as an introduction, not a complete design session. Should you choose to move forward with our services, we will provide details on our process, packages, and next steps.
